What is Early Help?
Early Help, sometimes known as early intervention, is an approach to providing children, young people and families with support to thrive and reach their full potential. Early Help supports families at the earliest point when they first have challenges, stopping problems from escalating.
What support can we offer?
Support at Rishton Methodist Primary School comes in many ways. Here is some of the Early Help that we offer:
- Emotional support sessions
- Pastoral sessions built around children's individual needs
- Referrals to appropriate agencies
- Sign post to appropriate agencies
- Assistance with form filling
- Pre-loved uniform
- Consultations with child and family well-being team
